So here's the deal:

  • I benefit from a long-running, successful chemical engineering career.  Photography is my hobby.  Engineering pays for that hobby.  This stuff is fun and I like to keep it that way.
  • You can't buy inspiration so I'm not going to charge you.
  • I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
  • I'm building a photo portfolio 'cause...
    • I have a well equipped studio in my house as well as all this killer equipment laying around so I might as well use it right?
    • 34,000 photos and counting is not nearly enough.
    • Why not? Life 2.0?
  •  I'm not the typical photographer dickhead you're used to dealing with so in exchange for signing a model release to use our photos I'll reciprocate with the following;
    • I'll give you a disc of all the pix we shoot before you leave:
    • I'll retouch at least one of your photos if you'd like.
    • I'll print one 13x19" (or 11x17" or 11x14") favorite photo on the highly rated HP B9180 printer using your choice of a range of stunning photo or digital fine art paper types.
    • I'll also throw in two 5x7" glossy prints from the same amazing printer.
    • I occasionally shoot B&W Polaroids using my medium format Mamiya RZ67 Pro II.  I'll be happy to scan these often preferred shots for you.
  • Everyone I've ever worked with has loved their results and you will too.  I'll provide a signed photographer release with a clause requiring a credit if the photos are used (©Greg Smith, ©G-Tography, or ©G$ Photography).
  • If you're still interested then head on over to the contact page and let's begin.
